Charles Tews is President and Founder of Tews Company. Prior to establishing the firm, Tews spent five years with General Mills/Darden Restaurants working in both financial planning and analysis and Government Relations. Charles is very involved in the Central Florida non profit community having served as Board Chair for The Coalition For The Homeless Of Central Florida and Chair of the Pace Center For Girls. He has also served on the Board of the Orlando Health Foundation and Committee Of 100 of Central Florida. Tews holds a BS in Finance from Florida State University and an MBA from the Gouizueta School of Business at Emory University.
Whitney Saylor joined Tews Company in 2004 and currently serves as the Director of Administrative Operations where she is responsible for managing Tews Company's Administrative recruiting division. A native of the Orlando area, Whitney is very active in the Central Florida community where she has served as a Board Member of the American Diabetes Association of Central Florida. Whitney is also a proud member of the Longwood Rotary where she currently serves as Committee Chair for the Memorial Scholarship Foundation. Whitney holds a BA in Mass Communications from Carson-Newman College.
Julie Caruso is a Senior Account Executive in Tews Company's Administrative Recruiting Division. Julie is responsible for successfully managing key client accounts as well as sourcing, screening and interviewing talent to fill client needs. Julie initially came to work at Tews Company in March of 2000. In 2006 she took a five year hiatus to work for a Public Relations firm in New York City and an Interactive Media company located in Orlando. Julie returned to Tews Company in early 2011. Julie is a native resident of Orlando and attended Florida State University.
Pam Picard is an Account Executive in the Accounting & Finance Division of Tews Company. Prior to joining the firm, Pam held corporate recruiter positions in the financial services and real estate industries, most recently National Recruiter/HR Manager for FirstService Residential in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Along with a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Pam earned the Professional in Human Resources designation in 2010. Pam currently represents the state of Florida as Vice President of the Executive Board of the University of Alabama's National Alumni Association. In addition, Pam is Secretary/Treasurer of UA's Central Florida Alumni Chapter. Pam also volunteers and assists with fund raising for the Morning Star School and the American Cancer Society.
Ashlyn Cooper is currently an Account Executive for Tews Company's Accounting & Finance Division. Ashlyn joined Tews Company in 2006 as a recruiter in Tews Company's Administrative Division. Since that time, she has been the key point person for recruiting and staffing for both temporary and permanent positions for some of Tews Company's largest and most prestigious accounts. Ashlyn holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
Shawn Stewart is Managing Director of Tews Company's Information Technology Division. Shawn joined Tews Company in 2005 after spending ten years with two national IT recruiting organizations. A lifelong Orlando resident, Shawn is active in the Central Florida community and his Church. Shawn holds a BS from Florida State University.
Jacob Fessler is a Senior Account Executive in the Information Technology Division at Tews Company. Prior to working at Tews Company, Fessler worked as a Technical Recruiter for an Orlando based consulting firm specializing in Engineering and Information Technology solutions for the Aerospace and Defense industry. Fessler is an active Board Member for the Central Florida Information Technology Society (CFITS) whose primary objective is to network IT professionals within the Greater Orlando area. In addition, Fessler serves as a Volunteer Job Counselor at the Jobs Partnership of Central Florida. Fessler holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Central Florida.
John Gill is the Managing Director of Tews Professional Services. John has over ten years experience in the staffing/consulting industry and has worked for several large publicly traded international staffing/consulting organizations as well as several boutique firms. John's previous professional background was in corporate finance roles at Darden Restaurants and The Walt Disney Company. John is involved in various community organizations serving as Chairman of the Board of CBC of Central Florida and as a member of the Orange County Sheriff's Community Advisory Committee. John is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a BSBA in Finance and of the Crummer Graduate School at Rollins College with a Masters in Business Administration.
Susan Howells joined Tews Company in 2002 and currently serves as Director of Business Development. Susan has over fifteen years of experience in the recruiting and placement industry. Prior to joining the organization Susan spent six years with a national recruiting and placement firm where she managed two Orlando offices. Susan devotes much of her time to the Orlando community and serves on the Board of the Central Florida Employment Council. She also serves on planning committees for March of Dimes and UCP of Central Florida and volunteers for Seminole County Public Schools. Susan holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida.
Vivian DiDomenico is a Business Development Manager for Tews Company. Prior to joining the firm, Vivian spent four years with Walt Disney World's Grand Floridian and Boardwalk Resorts. A native Floridian, Vivian joined Tews Company in 2003. With a passion for providing clients superior customer service and quality results, Vivian joined the Business Development Team primarily focusing on the Accounting & Finance sector. Vivian holds a BS in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Chuck Read is a Business Development Manager for Tews Company's Information Technology Division. Chuck has over four years experience in the staffing and recruiting industry with a focus on IT and executive level consulting for Fortune 500 and mid-level markets. Chuck also brings 10 years business development experience in telecommunications, banking and lending technology solutions. Growing up in Winter Park, Chuck is a graduate of Trinity Prep and The University of Florida with a Bachelor's in History.
Sarah Bruner currently holds the title of Business Development Manager with Tews Company. Sarah joined Tews Company in 2005 and has been involved with both the Recruiting and Business Development divisions. Sarah is active in the community and enjoys giving of her time and energy with The Jobs Partnership of Florida, Mercy Drive Ministries, and City Church Orlando. Sarah holds a BA in Communication from the University of Georgia.
Missy Wilson serves as Vice President/Controller of Tews Company. Before joining the Tews staff, she operated as the Business Manager for a local law firm. Wilson received Bachelor degrees in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University and the University of South Florida. Missy was born and raised in the Orlando area and has served on the Board of Directors of The Christ School.
